A portrait of you.

Hey! I’m Naomi.

Raised in Denver, CO. Rooted in Chapel Hill, NC.

Former Amazon PM with 5 years building across startups and enterprise.

I'm at my best going from 0 to 1, solving problems that don't have obvious answers yet, with people and impact always at the center.

Designing better experiences through data and empathy

I consistently think about how people actually interact with a product and use that to inform what gets built. I bring a foundation in business and data science from UNC Chapel Hill, with experience across startups and enterprise that shaped both a bias for creative problem solving and high standard of quality.

At Amazon, I led cross-functional initiatives and built tools to make recruiters' work easier and more efficient. I automated a complex multi-platform workflow, synthesized large-scale people data to inform program and policy decisions, and applied UX design to transform recruiter training tools.

Outside of work, I’m usually staying active, painting mixed media art, planning my next backpacking adventure, or helping others reach their health goals as a Certified Personal Trainer. But if I’m being honest, I’m mostly walking my dog.

Whether I'm coaching a client or designing a product, my approach is consistently human-centered. I listen to understand what people need, what's getting in their way, and build toward something that makes a real impact.
